How to unlock Cream.To unlock Cream you must beat act3 on cyber track with Sonic as the leader.How to unlock Amy.To unlock Amy you must beat act3 toy kingdom with Sonic as the leader.  You get Amy before Cream.

You do not have to unlock any characters they are on character select. A cheat is on character select is to press up,right,down,right,l,right,r,right,a.This makes Tails follow you.
